A special evening featuring a Four Course Winemaker Tasting Menu including foods paired with Cabernet wines from both France and the Finger Lakes. During each course, Morten will discuss the terrior and characteristics of each wine. Performers will entertain between each magnificent course.

SATURDAY, August 9
6:30 PM

A truly new and unique event for the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and RAVINES WINE CELLARS. Experience the fall season touring the wineries of Keuka Lake and tasting foods bursting with the flavors of harvest time in the Finger Lakes. The Keuka Lake Wine Trail is teaming up with the Finger Lakes Culinary Bounty to showcase food and wine pairings that exemplify the Finger Lakes, New York state's agricultural mecca. CHOCOLATE TASTING Adventure From classic truffles to unusual flavor combinations paired with our red wines - you will be pleasantly surprised by the adventure in this tasting. Our chocolate cupboard is full of exotic chocolate blends you likely have never encountered, nor tasted! These selections span from producers in our Finger Lake area and from around the globe. Join us for this drop-in casual affair anytime during our weekend hours, 10:00am - 5:00pm. A small nominal fee will be charged. No reservation required.

Hearty winter foods are featured with award-winning red wines from not only RAVINES WINE CELLARS but other wineries along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. Come see the wineries decorated for the holidays while enjoying scrumptious wine and food pairings. Each ticket holder will receive a grapevine wreath at their starting winery and an ornament from each participating winery. Also you will receive a free holiday wine glass along with food and wine pairings. An early sell-out, tickets are advance sale only.
